Raelee Boren

I went with 4-H Robotics and 2 FLL teams to Croatan National Forest in New Bern to help plant 300 longleaf pine saplings in the forest.

I got to be a Head Referee for FIRST Lego League teams around the state at one of their qualification tournaments. I answered questions, trained other referees, and helped to make sure the robot matches went smoothly. I was also able to help pack up all of the fields.

I was again able to share my love for STEAM and robotics by volunteering at the Wayne Regional Agricultural Fair. I showed youth and adults a robot, played legos with them, and explained to them what Hover Bots are.
