Thank you for signing up to volunteer at the Youth Arts Festival. I just wanted to touch base and make sure you are ready for the festival and don’t have any questions.
The Youth Arts Festival is on October 19 from 10 am - 4 pm on the Greenville Town Common. It is a rain or shine event. We ask that you dress appropriately for the weather and stay the whole time for your shift.
You will need to check-in at the purple tent on Town Common where Evans and Cotanche meet. The welcome table will get you checked in and started with a task. Please, check back in with them when you have completed your task. You will also need to check out with them at the end of your shift.
Please, let me know if you have any questions.
