9/11 Day of Service

Students will work together on a community beautification and exterior cleanup project supporting a neighborhood or homeowner served by Rebuilding Together. Depending on the selected site, activities may include raking and bagging leaves and yard debris, pulling weeds, trimming light vegetation, clearing walkways, picking up litter, spreading mulch, and other general outdoor cleanup and beautification tasks. We’ll organize volunteers into small teams with clearly defined areas and tasks so everyone stays actively engaged throughout the two-hour service window. No construction experience is needed—just a willingness to work, meet some new people, and have a little fun while making a visible difference in our community.

Please wear closed toed shoes and dress for outdoor work. Transportation to the volunteer site is NOT provided, carpooling will be encouraged.
