Share the Bounty Food Pantry

Share the Bounty Food Pantry is sponsored by Salem United Methodist Church.  The food pantry is for families in the surrounding community of Simpson and Grimesland but also some parts of Pitt County.  The mission is to deliver nutritious food to persons who are homebound, experiencing an emergency food need, unemployed, working poor, Backpack Pals families or school age children with no access to summer feeding programs in eastern Pitt County.

We are in partnership with the Food Bank of Eastern and Central North Carolina, the Emergency Food Assistance Program, and a Retail Recovery Program with Food Lion.  In addition we are supported by food and monetary donations from Salem United Methodist Church and its members.
